Photography Adventure At The Bolsa Chica Wetlands

It’s hard to find a peaceful wild life adventure in the midst of traffic jams, parking lots, high fashion, and condos; but the Bolsa Chica Wetlands is a nice break to go bird watching or job along the old natural beach environment. Just along the PCH and across from the nautical harbor, you’ll find a few acres to getaway and make friends with priceless little creatures. The pelicans, terns, herons, and fishers all have a harmonious half human and half nature getaway.

While not everyday can produce an amazing fine art photograph, but I had to share some of the great personalities I met on the trip. To my surprise we also met an octopus hunting on the shore rocks.

From the Natives that originally built homes on the land, to the hundreds of supports that have fought for the little bits of wetlands still left. Bolsa Chica is a cute little preserve providing a little life for coastal critters.
